Cancellation policy and Early return refund policy

A full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before the service begins.
If cancelled 5 days or less before the service begins, a 50% refund is available.
​
If returning to pick up before the scheduled pick-up day, a 50% refund will be given for unused days.
